PHS Help Desk Remote Support Session Connect:

Remote Sessions are initiated by a Powerhouse Systems engineer.  If not already contacted by the Help Desk, please do so  to use this service!

Join Session:

The Powerhouse Systems Engineer or a  Help Desk Technician will ask you to click on a link to allow a temporary connection to your machine for resolution of your issue without an on-site visit from a engineer. Connecting for the first time may require an applet installation.
